  2. Ideal Bathrooms 2020 Rewards Program commences on 1st January 2020 and ends on 31st December 2020 (“Promotional Period”)
  3. The promotion is only open to Ideal Bathrooms independent customers with trading accounts who are invited by Ideal Bathrooms to register for the Incentive scheme (“Trading Entity”). This promotion excludes all other account holders of Jewson, Graham, Neville Lumb, Gibbs & Dandy, Plumbing Trade Supplies, Travis Perkins, Keyline Builders Merchants, Buildbase, Priority Plumbing, Plumbase, Jackson Building Centres, BMB Builders Merchants, Wolseley, The BSS Group, William Wilson, City Plumbing and Plumb Center
  4. By participating in the rewards program you confirm, if you are not the authorised director of the Ideal Bathrooms business account, you have gained permission from an authorised director to take part and receive relevant rewards and that you are happy to receive postal, email or telephone communication to the addresses or numbers provided.
  5. In order to participate in the reward scheme the Trading Entity must first register by completing the online registration form as detailed in their personalised invite. No third party or joint registrations will be accepted.
  6. Each Trading Entity will have the opportunity to win a selection of prizes for every £2,020 ex VAT spent. Spend required to next code will be shown on each trading entities personalised microsite. Sales will be updated daily and will be represented on the microsite in the amount to achieve their next code.7If it is confirmed by Ideal Bathrooms that the Trading Entity has achieved the £2,020 ex VAT target and won a prize in the Promotional Period, the Trading Entity shall receive an e-mail of congratulations, confirming which prizes they have won. Amazon e-vouchers will be e-mailed to the Trading Entities registered e-mail address. All other prizes will be posted to the registered postal address by recorded delivery and will require a signature. All prizes will be received within 4 weeks of claiming.
  7. The rewards cannot be transferred, sold or in any way traded.
  8. For the avoidance of doubt, Rewards earned by a company holding an Ideal Bathrooms trading account shall be for the benefit of the company and not individual.
  9. Where there are multiple registrations from a single Trading Entity, all users will receive access to a joint microsite. Local ASMs will contact the Trading Entity to confirm a master user. Prizes will be sent to the agreed master users contact details as stated in Section 7.
  10. All £2,020 ex VAT targets are based on all of the trading entity’s sales on all of the brands held in stock by Ideal Bathrooms. Ideal Bathrooms cannot alter this £2,020 ex VAT target if brands are discontinued throughout the period of this incentive. Any sales of new brands ranged throughout the period of the incentive will still count towards £2,020 ex VAT targets.
  11. As well as the standard rewards, for every £2,020 spent Trading entities will be entered into a prize draw for a 7 night 5* Holiday at one of the previous “Race to…” destinations in Dubai, Cape Town or Mauritius. The prize draw will take place on 4th January 2021. Winners will be notified within a week in writing following the draw.
  12. Prize is for 1 person plus guest from the winning Trading Entity. Any decision entitling individuals to be the recipient of this Reward rests with your company and not with Ideal Bathrooms
  13. Prize includes return air travel to chosen destination in economy class, plus 7 nights bed and breakfast in a 5* hotel on a twin/double occupancy basis. All other food and beverage and any other activities undertaken are the Trading Entity’s responsibility.
  14. Airport. Return transfers in the destination selected from airport to hotel and back are included in the prize. Trading Entity’s will be responsible for arranging and providing their own means of transportation to and from their selected departure
  15. The Trading Entity is responsible for the compliance with regulations in force in the visited countries regarding passports, visa, customs duties, foreign currencies and health. The Trading Entity shall bear all liabilities arising from the failure to comply with such regulations
  16. All out of pocket expenses, spending money, meals, insurance, passports, visas, excess baggage charges, and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the Trading Entity.
  17. The dates for the Holiday Trip are flexible but there are restrictions within school holidays and bank holidays. Eligible dates will be confirmed with winners following prize draw in January 2021.
  18. It is a condition of travel that you must have extensive travel insurance that covers you for all of the activities you may take part in. Travel insurance is not included within the promotion. Obtaining insurance is at the Trading Entity’s discretion and is for their own use. Ideal Bathrooms shall not be responsible for any insurance.
  19. Expenses incurred as a result of receiving a reward are not included in the promotion and shall be covered by the Trading Entity. Such as travel expenses and meals not included in any reward/experience received.
  20. Any registered account that has been suspended due to non-payment/legal issues will not be eligible for any rewards or prizes earnt but not received.
  21. If any products included in the Trading Entity’s order total are returned or refunded (in part or in full) these purchases will be discounted from the promotion. This does not affect Trading Entity’s statutory rights. Any credits/returns will be represented on the microsite in the amount to achieve their next code.
  22. Successful Trading Entity’s will be advised by e-mail to confirm their Reward. Ideal Bathrooms decision is final as to the rewards being allocated to the successful Trading Entity.
  23. Microsite logins will aim to be confirmed and provided within 3 working days of registration dependent on number of applications being processed at that time.
  24. The end date for the rewards promotion is 31st December 2020.
  25. The promotion is only open to those who are aged over 18.
  26. Ideal Bathrooms accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the promotion or accepting the prize.
  27. Ideal Bathrooms shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
  28. All out of pocket expenses, spending money, meals, insurance, passports, visas, excess baggage charges, and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the Trading Entity.
  29. Ideal Bathrooms reserves the right to change the Rewards within the Ideal Bathrooms 2020 Rewards Promotion and will provide a similar gift or a similar value.
  30. Rewards may be subject to tax and National Insurance. Any tax implications remain with the Trading Entity. For further information, please contact your nearest Inland Revenue Office. Ideal Bathrooms will not be liable for any such tax and/or national insurance.
  31. Any Incentives that individuals from your company receive are received purely in the capacity of an agent, acting on behalf of your company. Any decision entitling individuals to be the recipient of Incentives rests with your company and not with Ideal Bathrooms.
  32. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Ideal Bathrooms and its appointed representatives is final in all matters and no correspondence shall be entered into.
  33. This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. This offer is non-transferable.
  34. Ideal Bathrooms reserves the right to amend or withdraw this 2020 Rewards Promotion in whole or in part without prior notice or compensation.
